// FULL TIME A/V TECHNICIAN
Currently I work for an A/V Events Production company based in the SODO neighborhood in Seattle. I’m a show lead, which basically means that while on show site I am the overseer for the company. I do a wide range from Audio, Lighting, and Video.
Coordinate with client onsite to assure the their needs are met and adapt as needed.
Lead crews to set / strike shows.
Operate consoles for shows: lighting, audio, & video
2020 - 2023

After I graduated, I was promoted from intern to full time staff at Eastside Church in Bothell, WA. I was head of recruiting and training A/V volunteers so that I could be staffed each week for services. When the building would be rented for larger events, I would be lead for coordinating with their A/V needs.
Direct and manage technical aspects of weekly services, weekend events, and rental services.
Coordinate and inspire volunteer teams during weekly events.
Assist church staff with Audio, Visual, or IT needs.

While I was at Northwest University, I got a great opportunity to be a part of the on-campus production team. This gave me a multitude of events to be apart of producing. During the 2020 pandemic, I was the lead for the online portion of chapels and campus gatherings being streamed online for students.
Produce and record multiple weekly gatherings for online audiences.
Edit services in Premiere Pro and post to streaming services.

Engage in routine maintenance on PTZ cameras and ATEM switcher.

B.A. Music Industry Business
My degree was focused on the business side of the music industry. I took classes that focused on copyright law, marketing, and music production. I had different opportunists to lead on campus: Student Government, Activities, and Ministry Team.
